hey bennyboy I mean running ben (I always want to say bean there)you will run faster without the xmas scarf,infact get down to the shorts and run or even slide,oe maybe not.One year casualties had so many fractures from people doing almost what you are doing,the fractures grouped together,so you were in either fractured leg club or fractured arm club,now you don't want to be doing that right now you have a race to run,keep fit and keep smart,wear a scarf and walk on a snowy day. love your mother
